Good morning, teacher.
The sequence is the lesson plan. The breath is the clock. The room follows whoever is most present.
Choreograph the class.
Tap poses into the timeline, set breaths and sides, drag to reorder. The arc meter shows how your class builds and lands. When it feels right, teach it live.
64 asanas, mapped.
Every pose with Sanskrit, level, family, layered cues, what it opens and what it strengthens, safety flags and a counterpose. Open one, add it to the flow, or compare two side by side.
Teacher training, self paced.
Twelve modules built on the 200 hour framework: philosophy, anatomy, asana families, sequencing, cueing, assists, pranayama, meditation, props, trauma-informed teaching, business and ethics. Read, then pass the check to earn the seal.
What a pose does to a body.
Pick a region on the map to see which poses open it and which load it. Pick a pose to light up the regions it works. Planes of motion and joint actions underneath, so your cues name the right thing.
Say less. Land more.
Every pose carries four cue layers: setup, action, refinement, breath. Build a cue card for class, then drill: hear the pose, pick the cue that belongs to it.
- Verb first. "Press the back heel down" beats "You want to be pressing the back heel down."
- One action per breath. Stack a second cue only after the first lands.
- Name the body part, then the direction. Students scan for nouns.
- Breath cues move the pose. Inhale lengthens, exhale deepens or twists.
- Refinements are invitations. "If it is available" protects the room.
Breath you can see.
Six classical patterns on a visual pacer. Use it to lead a breath block in class, or to teach the ratios yourself. Minutes log to your streak.
Know it cold.
Timed rounds drawn from 300+ questions: Sanskrit names, pose families, counterposes, anatomy, sequencing theory and the eight limbs. Wrong answers come back until you get them right.
Run the week.
Your weekly timetable, your people, and who showed up. Check-ins feed attendance history. Injuries and notes travel with each client so you cue the room safely.
Price the practice.
Model a teaching business in round numbers: studio classes, privates, workshops, retreats and memberships. Move a slider, watch the year change. Set a goal and see the gap.
